"Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law."
Psalms 119:18

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ, it has been sometime now since I have wrote to you. I have been in constant prayer however for all of you and your needs. I pray that you are experiencing the same joy, peace, and hope I have found in our Jesus. I pray that you are seeing the everyday miracles our Lord performs in our everyday lives. I encourage you to continue to seek God's heart and believe in all that you ask him to do because our God loves us and if we believe what we ask his love will answer our prayers.

I was in the restroom the other day, doing what someone usually does in the restroom, when I noticed something very peculiar. The door I had come in was labeled DO NOT EXIT. This might not seem weird to you but as I stood there I saw at least 5 grown men walk out that door. At first I thought nothing of it until suddenly it hit me.

You see, these five men must of done one of three things, 1) Not read it 2) Read it but did not realize what it said because they didn't care 3) They read it, acknowledged it, and deliberately disobeyed it

1) You see God has given us this great book called the Bible that will help us through life. However, many men choose not to read it. If you have not been told to read the Bible let me put that to an end right now. READ IT! READ IT! READ IT!

2) The second choice is probably the most common in the lives of all men. Often we read God's word because we know it is the right thing to do. However, we choose to not really focus on what it says because we read it and that's all we think matters. Well, if an architect was to draw up blue prints for a house and the contractor looked at the plans but did not go by what he saw on them the house would probably not turn out the way it was supposed too. Our lives are a lot like that too. If we do not follow God's plan we will not turn out the way we are suppose to either. You see God does tell us to be Holy, Righteous, and Good. He does tell us to love one another, continually pray, and believe in our prayers. We must care about these things and strive for them continually. ( No Compromise)

3) The third category is the one that scares me the most. This is because those who read the bible, understand it, and choose not to believe it will someday have to face judgment for that. These are the ones that give the church and our God a bad name. However, I do not condemn them but love them all the more. I will pray that they will some how be captured in God's love. And I know if I pray for them they will be saved. If this person can not understand why they continue to do the wrong thing it is because they are not seeking God's strength. Paul tells us in Romans " Thank God I have found the answer. It is in Jesus Christ."

God has given us a plan for our lives and we should be smart enough to live by it. If we choose not to follow it we will also be going out the wrong door. ( The wrong path ) It is not easy to do everything it says but it is well worth the reward. And anything is possible when God is our strength. I pray that through his word you will continue to grow closer to him and that his love will become more and more evident. Continue to pray for one another my dear brothers and sisters, and continue to be like David " chasing God's own heart" through his word and continuous prayer. Praise Him! Praise Him!
