South Side Church is completing 93 years of service to community and country in the master's name. At its former inner city location at LeGrande and Olive Streets, the church ministered faithfully for more than 50 years. After that the highway department purchased property for I-65. Ground was broken for the new site on Thompson Road, April 28, 1968. Formal dedication was held on June 6th, 1971
